Tim Fidanzo, founder of Oregon Sustainable Landscape, has a lifelong passion for creating outdoor spaces that bring people together.
Raised on the soundtrack of family gatherings, music around the fire pit, and games on the pickleball and basketball courts, Tim learned early that the best outdoor spaces are the ones that invite connection.
Today, he brings that same spirit to every project, blending deep expertise in landscaping, hardscaping, and project management with a truly hands-on approach. With a sharp eye for precision, a creative mind, and an unwavering commitment to quality, Tim builds landscapes that are not only beautifully crafted, but designed for the moments that matter, where memories can flourish.
Lisa Annand
The Designer - Our Plant Guru!
Lisa Annand is a Pacific NW native, raised in the Portland area. Her story began when her Grandfather connected her to the quiet magic of plants as a child, sparking a lifelong love of gardening and inspiring her studies in Ornamental Horticulture.
For over thirty years Lisa’s philosophy has been to design for beauty and biodiversity by balancing the character of the property and lifestyles of the people who live there. By infusing a sense of connection with color, texture, fragrance, and functionality, Lisa collaborates with her clients to create outdoor spaces for entertaining, relaxation, and play.
These outdoor environments have the added benefits of providing for the recharging of groundwater, habitat for wildlife, and resilient, drought tolerant plantings.
Kelly Josephine
The Admin - Our Organizer
Kelly brings her background in Business Banking to Oregon Sustainable Landscape, where she’s found her perfect fit: supporting clients with care, clarity, and follow-through from start to finish.
With a passion for exceptional customer service, Kelly understands that every client has unique needs and deserves attentive, personalized communication. Her approach is built on responsiveness, friendliness, transparency, and reliability, helping projects run smoothly from the first conversation through completion and beyond. She also provides ongoing support to help landscapes continue to thrive.
Outside of work, Kelly values time with family, the beauty of nature, and pretty much anything with fur, leaves, or petals (except camellias. It’s a whole thing.).
