Tim Fidanzo, founder of Oregon Sustainable Landscape, has a lifelong passion for creating outdoor spaces that bring people together.
Growing up surrounded by the laughter of family gatherings, music around the fire pit, and games on the pickleball and basketball courts, Tim learned early on the value of connection and community in the outdoors.
Today, he channels that same spirit into his work, combining deep expertise in landscaping, hardscaping, and project management with a hands-on approach to every project. Tim’s focus on precision, creativity, and quality ensures that each landscape is not only beautifully built but also a space where memories can flourish.
Lisa Annand
The Designer - Our Plant Guru!
Lisa Annand is a Pacific NW native, raised in the Portland area. Her story began when her Grandfather connected her to the quiet magic of plants as a child, sparking a lifelong love of gardening and inspiring her studies in Ornamental Horticulture.
For over thirty years Lisa’s philosophy has been to design for beauty and biodiversity by balancing the character of the property and lifestyles of the people who live there. By infusing a sense of connection with color, texture, fragrance, and functionality, Lisa collaborates with her clients to create outdoor spaces for entertaining, relaxation, and play.
These outdoor environments have the added benefits of providing for the recharging of groundwater, habitat for wildlife, and resilient, drought tolerant plantings.
Kelly Josephine
The Admin - Our Organizer
Kelly brings her background in Business Banking to Oregon Sustainable Landscape, where she has discovered her perfect fit. With a passion for exceptional customer service, she knows that every client has unique needs and deserves personalized attention.
Her approach is guided by responsiveness, friendliness, transparency, and reliability—qualities that help projects run smoothly from the very first conversation through to completion and beyond. Kelly also provides ongoing support to ensure your landscape continues to thrive.
Outside of work, Kelly values time with family, the beauty of nature, and her love of animals and plants (though she’ll happily share her funny story about camellias if you ask!). She communicates however is most convenient for you — whether by email, phone, text, video meeting, or the occasional on-site visit.
