The Owner - Our Boss!
Tim Fidanzo, the founder of Oregon Sustainable Landscape, is a second-generation landscaper and hardscaper who learned the art of transforming outdoor spaces from his father. Today, Tim proudly continues this legacy in the heart of the Pacific Northwest.
Growing up in a family that cherished the great outdoors, Tim's journey began with dirt on his hands, surrounded by the laughter and music of family gatherings around the fire pit. Whether it was an outdoor jam session in the backyard, friendly competitions on the pickleball and basketball courts, or lounging by the pool, those moments were the essence of family and community.
Tim is actively involved in all projects and possesses a wealth of knowledge in landscaping, hardscaping, and precision project management.
Lisa Annand
The Designer - Our Plant Guru!
Lisa Annand is a Pacific NW native, raised in the Portland area. Her story began when her Grandfather connected her to the quiet magic of plants as a child, sparking a lifelong love of gardening and inspiring her studies in Ornamental Horticulture. For over thirty years Lisa’s philosophy has been to design for beauty and biodiversity by balancing the character of the property and lifestyles of the people who live there. By infusing a sense of connection with color, texture, fragrance, and functionality, Lisa collaborates with her clients to create outdoor spaces for entertaining, relaxation, and play. These outdoor environments have the added benefits of providing for the recharging of groundwater, habitat for wildlife, and resilient, drought tolerant plantings.
Kelly Josephine
The Admin - Our Organizer
Kelly, who has formal experience in the Business Banking industry, has found her perfect role at Oregon Sustainable Landscape. She is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and recognizes that each client's needs are unique. Her customer service philosophy emphasizes responsiveness, friendliness, transparency, and reliability. In her role, she ensures that every project runs smoothly from start to finish while also providing ongoing support for future needs. Kelly deeply values family, nature, animals, and plants (but don't ask her about camellias—she has a funny story!). Kelly will communicate with you via whatever platform are most suitable for the customer: email, phone calls, text messages, video meetings, and even occasionally we get her out of the office and join us on on-site visits!
